GIFT VOUCHER FAQS:

The following FAQs relate to Gift Voucher sales.

How do I use my voucher?

You'll receive a Wroxham Barns Digital Gift Voucher via email or you may have been given a print out as a gift. This will include your unique Gift Voucher Reference Number and a Barcode. Before using your voucher you’ll need to print it out and get it validated on-site at Wroxham Barns. Visit the counter at Gallery Gifts (our large shopping barn). Once your voucher is validated by a member of the team at Gallery Gifts simply shop at any of the Wroxham Barns retail/attraction outlets and present your voucher. Anything you spend will be credited off the total amount of your voucher. 

 

Where do I get my voucher validated?

Before using your voucher please get the voucher validated at Gallery Gifts - this is our large shopping barn - you won’t miss it. Our counter is on the ground floor. You will NOT be able to use your voucher before validation. 

What happens if I don't have a printer?

There will be a tick box option as part of the checkout process where you can request a printed copy of the voucher be posted to you. 

 

Can I use the voucher on my smartphone?

Sadly our gift voucher system is not yet set up for smartphone use! 

Where can the vouchers be spent?

Vouchers can be spent in the following locations: Junior Farm, Funfair (seasonal) & Mini Golf, Restaurant, The Pantry Coffee Shop, Scrummy Pig, Coastal Stained Glass, Courtyard Confectionery, Everything Outdoor, Gallery Clothing, Gallery Gifts, LeGrice Rose & Plant Centre, Lucia’s Studio, Made By You, Norfolk Cider Shop, Pat’s Wooden Crafts, Pictura, Art Of You, Sew Creative, Sue Windley Sculpture & Jewellery, The Norfolk Gallery.  The gift voucher is unable to be redeemed against special events. 

Do gift vouchers have an expiry date?

Vouchers will expire a year after the date purchased. 

How do I choose the value of my voucher?

Choose from a range of pre-set nominated amounts. 

Can I buy more than one voucher?

Yes you can. The only restriction to this is that delivery is to one email address, and the overall value of the order cannot exceed £200.

 

What happens if I don’t use the full value of my voucher?

When you visit an outlet or attraction at Wroxham Barns your total spend will be deducted off your printed voucher allowing you to spend the balance at other outlets and attractions on site. 

 

If I have requested postage how soon before I get my voucher?

Vouchers are posted on the next working day after the voucher is purchased.

SANTA EXPERIENCE:

What does The Santa Experience involve?

There will be lots of singing and games and the opportunity to spend quality time with Santa and his Elves.  NEW this year is Elf College where the children take part in fun challenges - including learning the “Elfabet” – before each child receives a gift from Santa (the perfect photo opportunity for the grown-ups to get some fabulous images to keep and to share).  We suggest that the fun is suitable for children aged 2 to 10 years and must be pre-booked in advance to secure your place as places will be limited to around 25 children for each event.

Is there suitable access for wheelchairs?

Junior Farm is accessible to wheelchairs but please be aware that all paths on the farm are gravelled. There is ramp access into the event venues.

Can I bring food and drink?

Because the event is held on Junior Farm, sadly no food or drink is allowed, but of course your wristband allows access on and off the farm all day which you might like to do before or after The Santa Experience event.

Can I bring extra adults?

Every child place has an allocation of 2 adult spaces if needed (we limit numbers to make sure this is a personal experience for everyone attending) - a discounted Santa Experience admission applies for adults.  We do sometimes have extra adult spaces and these will be known 24hrs before attending - please phone 01603 777102 for details. 

Are there toilets close by?

Toilets are situated close to Junior Farm - in the courtyard near the Wroxham Barns Restaurant.

Can I go on the farm and see the animals?

Yes of course.  Your tickets allow access to come and go on Junior Farm for the whole day.  Please note seasonal opening times 10.00am – 4pm, soft play closes 3.30pm.

Can I purchase tickets on the day?

Each event usually sells out - our online booking system will show you the latest availability but if you are unsure please contact us on 01603 783762.

Arrival time and place?

On arrival, head to the Junior Farm kiosk. Please ensure you arrive at least 10 minutes before the allocated event time (or before if you wish to see the animals first).  This gives the elves time to sign you in, give you wristbands and get you ready for The Santa Experience.

Can I bring my baby too?

If you are bringing an Under 2 year old who is too young to take an active part in the event please select Under 2 for a free ticket OR if you’d like your Under 2 to receive a gift from Santa please select this at the reduced cost shown). Due to limited seating, they must be in a buggy or in your arms.
